I look in all directions
More clearly than before
Understanding time more fully
No need to rush the door
Putting into perspective
What my limitations allow
I am starting to get it
Confluence emerging
As my heart settles
On the here and now.
There is a time for everything
Priorities need sustaining
I will try to see the way through
And let it all shine
In it’s own time.
I walked that crossroads
Just like the rest
I realized I need
Death to birth
Part of me is dying
For the good of the machine
I see my truth expanding
I know what *some* of it means
To the world I wait
My eyes are opening
Thank “source” for the silence,
Or I would regret the noise.
I just need to
Stop the nonsense
I put myself through.

Hey dog
Remember me?
I’m that kitten you mauled
But I’m all grown up now.
Hey dog
Did you hear me call you?
Then stop wagging your tail
Before I rip it off
Hey Dog
I’m no longer your prey
The hunted
Has become the hunter
Hey dog
Think you can take me on?
Don’t make me lose my patience
Things could get ugly
Hey there Cerebus
Three distinct minds
Attached to the same
Dick in a box
Think wrapping it
In a pretty bow
Is gonna do it?
You forgot…
The masking tape…
bitch.
Hey bumbling puppy
I can see you coming for miles
The only prey you can catch
Is the naive and wounded.
Dogs like you are good for something
You train us cats to scorn you
Eventually we see through you
We gain our pride and scare you
Go back to hunting the kittens, dog
I don’t need your domesticated mess
Give me something wild to hunt
I want to meet my match
I want to feel my muscles tense
As my senses overwhelm me
Fool dog barking at my heels
Where is the challenge in that?
See these claws dog?
I’m letting them out
Swipe your ass to the side
Just a distraction
This rogue lion
Is hunting the wolves
Wolves are more illusive
You should try it sometime
You won’t see a wolf at all
Unless he wants you to
You won’t catch a wolf
Unless he lets you
Dogs will run up to strangers
And happily hump your leg
You must gain a wolf’s trust
They know legs can kick
A wolf can never be domesticated
It is not in his nature
But if he sees you as his equal
He will always run beside you
If it is mutually beneficial
A wolf will let you *think*
You are having your way.
As will a cunning cat.
There lies the mutual respect
Predator to predator
A coming together
Recognizing the other
Against human and animal nature
Putting the odds in their favor
Two rogues circling each other
Instinctual confluence
Let the dogs maul the kittens
As elusive as they are
Until I run beside a wolf
I will hunt
Alphas mate for life
He’ll know how to prr..
And I know how to howl

“Most cats don’t have the endurance to be long-distance runners, so they have to come quite close to their prey before starting the attack.” ~Wikipedia
“The main differences between wolves and domestic dogs are that wolves have, on average, 30% larger brains” ~Wikipedia

Every second
We are becoming
Each heartbeat
Advances the wheel
Fate grabs the wheel
And spins with all her might
Letting chaos decide
It’s own unfolding
It’s done with a purpose
There is the will of Fate
To toss a dose of randomness
A bit of magick
Into the pot it goes
The intent is to teach us
Fate is never set
In unyielding stone
Too many possibilities
In every direction
But fear keeps eyes forward
As we barrel on
Inner demons fighting
Mixed with
Purposeful distractions
To balance
The ego and the id
Restraint is a survival skill
Letting go is a luxury
There is a place for both
Including “national waters”
Where a meeting of the minds
On the briefest of contact
Can move the moon .0005 degrees
Off it’s axis
Such a small change
Barely perceptable
By itself
Just a shrug
.0005 degrees.
And the world changes

yaAAArrRRGGGgghhHh!
We take what we experiance, and we learn.
Our past determines our limits and perceptions.
Our dreams teach us how to look beyond the conscious contention.
And sometimes, we can even laugh. Yaaay!

Hush now darling
Don’t make a sound
A heart full of illness
Alone it must drown
With new light’s dawning
A dim bulb of radiance
To succor the darkness
Of mental avoidance
Bacchus inspired
Ramblings abound
Shrouded in veils
Of frenzied retraction
Words intonated
As swiftly it’s muted
Cadency fated
Lies dead on the ground
Released from the folly
Redundancy’s lair
Holds me not
In her snare
As I relinquish desires
Let my detachment
Be the soul
Of a new machine
